About
Rosha Motti

I design at the seam where brand meets product. Over the last decade I've led design at venture-backed startups, including Instart Logic, from its earliest days through acquisition by Akamai, and did production design for Apple's iPhone launch. Along the way I've built brands, web apps, and identities for founders and women-owned studios across the Bay Area.

Now I'm focused on designing for AI. Through Stanford's UI/UX for AI Products program I've been working on the interaction problems unique to intelligent systems: how to make AI legible, how to calibrate trust, and how to keep people in control of what a model knows and does. Memory Map is where that thinking comes together.
